Hi! I’m Nicole Smith, mom of one feisty teenage girl, three rescue cats, one needy dog, and wife to a very patient husband. When I’m not rescuing animals off the street, literally, we’re out hiking and being foodies. Twenty years into my career, I’ve decided I’m tired of sitting in windowless cubicles and/or offices all day long. I have a beautiful, natural light-filled home office from which I would rather work. I’m going to do just that.
That’s where you come in. How can I help you? As a business owner, you know you can’t do it all – there simply aren’t enough hours in the day. I would love to help you handle a few of the nit-picky tasks that you put off or dread doing. That way I can help you manage and grow your business. I’m a virtual assistant that knows the importance of listening and understanding your needs.
I have spent my career in administrative support roles as well as having a Bachelor’s inBusiness Administration from Central CT State University. I have previously worked in the automotive business, working my way up from receptionist, to an office clerk focusing on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables, to an Office Manager overseeing the support staff and their duties while reporting directly to the business owners.
My experiences through life and work have shown that I am very good with organization, numbers, customers, and details. I have spent the last 20 years refining my skills as an organizational & administrative support expert.
